There are 2 outdoor pools at Daytona Beach Resort & CC – 1 is heated and 1 is not. This warning was appreciated — from someone who would have been cold all day if I had jumped in.

The surfers were out and he looked happy to be heading towards the surf.
Frequently you will see fishermen on the beach
They set their poles and then hang out and wait for the fish action
