Ocean Walk Resort Timeshare Condo 520

Ocean Walk is a unique property for several reasons…

You are able to get a room from a private owner, front desk or timeshare owner.

It is also a resort where there are several ways to rent a condo

This is the timeshare we rented for the Daytona 500 last year….we rented about 10 for the Daytona 500

We got unit #520 at Ocean Walk Resort –north tower, ocean view condo….5th floor on the south end of building.
This condo has 2 balconies that are both oceanview — 1 balcony off 2nd bedroom — 1 balcony off living room. This location is a favorite for renters — having the 2nd balcony is always a favorite because of the additional privacy.

The floorplan is similar to this — only there is a 2nd balcony off 2nd bedroom

Orange kitchen….bright kitchen…..cheerful kitchen

You will not need coffee to wake up in this kitchen……

Dining table…. all north tower condos have the table, most south tower condos have the bench seats

Living room — full sized sofa and 2 chairs……in an upbeat art deco pattern

This is the Master Bedroom —

Relaxing alcove in master bedroom…

2nd bedroom with 2 full beds…..

This is the 2nd washroom……

But the 1 thing that I really look forward to when I rent here is the goofy shaped towels in the bathroom…

And they completely stiffed me on the towels folded like a crab….

Bummer…….
