This is a 3 bedroom – 2 bath private home that is available for rentals during special events. I did not show the front of the home for privacy issues – it is located off LPGA in Grand Preserve subdivision.
The owner is a lady originally from England who relocated to US a few years ago. The home is very tastefully decorated and there is a womans touch in all rooms, this home is very very clean and probably not the right fit for a group that does not respect or appreciate clean.

Bathroom is located right off bedroom – TV with cable in bedroom
We just walked thru hallway – which would be west to weast to walk into living area. This is the view in living area.
Living room has sleeper sofa and lounge chair

Kitchen with counter – 2 burner stove top – full sized refrigerator,
More balcony views – this is a great family oriented resort that is perfect for a Daytona Beach Vacation.

Rates for this condo are $350 – $750 weekly.

Several years ago – I was at the Hawaiian Inn and they held a benefit.
The Hawaiian performers are great and it was fun to watch
During a normal performance – we have a fire-eater and a buffet style polynesian dinner.
The dancers are graceful and beautiful…
I would love a hula class…..
As you can see this is in the Hawaiian Inn lobby and not in there normal room
Normally – there are cocktails…. dinner…..leis…..
I recommend the show

Great beachfront location in large condo – can accommodate 6-8

This is a ground floor oceanfront studio – about 450 sq ft.
Queen sized bed looks out on ocean.
Very clean, very comfortable condo – queen bed.
Sofa is a futon bed that will sleep 2
I am standing in doorway looking into condo — comfortable living quarters perfect for single, couple or small family.
Clean – nicely decorated.
Efficiency kitchen.
Perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch or simple meals.

Oceanfront patio – walkout to beach – mini golf course is in this area, ponds and nicley landscaped walkway.
