To Reserve a Condo Rental
It’s a Very, very simple process to book a condo with us.

BOOKING: I will need your full name, address and a contact phone number and email address. If you can not email me – leave me a phone message and I will get back to you ASAP.
MY SCHEDULE::I do work a full time job and I run my vacation rentals in my “spare” time. My work schedule varies – either 12 hour days 5AM to 5PM or 12 hour nights 5PM until 5AM. My husband can be reached in case of emergencies at anytime. If you want to call in the middle of the night – no problem… if I do not answer leave me a message.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR::I will send you 2 documents, 1st will be 5-6 pages long and details all information about your condo. 2nd is a confirmation that states your room, the dates, the rates and also a payment schedule along with an emergency contact if any trouble arises.
SIGNED AGREEMENTS:: To book the condo – we do not usually use signed agreements, as long as payments are made on time your reservation is set. You will need to pay your security deposit to secure your reservation. If it makes you feel better to have a signed agreement – we can create one – I can fax it to you. As I said – I do not need one – so no need to fax it back – if I receive your payment you will have a room.
PAYMENT DUE DATES- All payments will be backed up to the 1st of the month 30 & 60 days prior to arrival. In some cases we may also back up your payment to the 1st of the month 60 & 90 days prior to arrival. We usually do this if you are booking multiple weeks or Special Event weeks to give us more time to find a renter if your payment does not come thru. If you are booking within 30 days – full payment is required on booking, we will give you 7 days to mail in a payment. If booking with 10 days of arrival – we will need a credit card.
PAYMENT TYPES – We take personal checks, credit cards or Paypal. If paying by Paypal or Credit Card, there s a 3% processing fee added to your payment. $30 on each $1000. We will waive the 3% charge if you are booking within 7 days of arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE – DO NOT send signature required. Naperville Illinois is a congested town of 140k and the round trip from my house to the post office – wait for attendent – get mail – get back home – is easily 1 hour that I do not have. USE REGULAR MAIL OR A DELIVERY SERVICE.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR CONDO::
- If you are booking at Hawaiian Inn I will send you the combination for the door – you will let your self in.
- If you are booking at Daytona Beach Resort I will send you the combination for the door – you will let your self in.
- If you are booking at Ocean Walk – (my units) I will fax an authorization to the front desk on the day or your stay.
EMERGENCIES: We will always provide you with a local contact in case of a problem on check in or in condo – please always keep number in phone while on trip just in case. We have had people get locked out – and of course emergency number was in room – not much help – so make an emergency contact for your trip on your phone – delete us when you leave.
