Ocean Walk Resort 2 Bedroom Lock Out Rental – 14th floor
This condo is on the 14th floor in the south tower. You will have a private oceanfront condo – will plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean.
The private balcony has several chairs and small table, perfect for coffee with a sunrise or a glass of wine before dinner.
This condo has 1 very unusual feature that makes it very popular. We have 2 full sized beds in the master bedroom. This makes 4 full beds and 2 sleeper sofas – much more sleeping space than the average condo at Ocean Walk.
The bedroom also has a oceanfront window – to allow LOTS of light, a closet with safe, TV with cable and access to bath with vanity.
You will have a jacuzzi tub and also a walk in shower in the bath on the oceanfront side of the unit.
Full kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator – dishwasher – garbage disposal and microwave. We also have provided blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer. We also have pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plates..etc…everything you need to make meals for the family.
2 sofas in the main living room — 1 is a sofa sleeper, cable TV and balcony is off the living room.
Large comfy blue leather sofa – with recliners on each end. The sleeper is the sofa alongside the dining room table.
It is hard to get the angle and lighting right and dark blue does not photgraph extremely well, but here are the 2 sofas together.
This is the sleeper sofa that was moved alongside the dining table, we tend to add furniture and update quite frequently.
Cable TV, games, play station, DVD and movies here for your use.
Open floorplan, kitchen – dining room and living room are one large living space. The sofa in this picture has been replaced with the blue leather shown above.
2nd bedroom also has 2 full beds, closet with safe, TV with cable, chest of drawers.

This is the 2nd living room, the lock out can be “Locked Out” to have 2 seperate 1 bedroom condos – this 2nd living room has another sofa sleeper.
Turning to the right – I have a 360 view for you…sofa, table with 2 chairs in front of the window – which looks out on the hall and from the 14th floor across to the river.
Turning to the right and continuing the 360..We have Cable TV in both bedrooms and both living rooms with PlayStation games in the 2nd living room.
Turning to the right (again) is the efficiency kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven toaster, coffee maker, microwave etc…
2nd bathroom has tub – shower combination.
There are also 2 washer – dryers in this condo.

Ocean Walk Resort, 2 Bedroom Rental
There are several ways to book a condo at Ocean Walk Resort.
I have 2 distinct 2 bedroom condos at Ocean Walk Resort OR I could find you a room with my Wyndham Vacation ownership. The pictures below were taken in my 18th floor 2 bedroom lockout. There are several floorplans at Ocean Walk and this one is very unusual as there are 3 balconies in this unit. This is in the south tower – northern most unit – so 2 balconies overlook the gap between the 2 towers at Ocean Walk, looking towards the North Tower. Being a lockout, you will have the ability to close a set of door and creat 2 seperate living spaces, each with it’s own kitchen, but this lock out floorplan “locks” into an Oceanfront 1 bedroom with bath and full kitchen and an Oceanview studio with bath and efficiency kitchen. Unlike the larger lockouts, the studio does not have a seperate living room or a washer – dryer.
We have the floorplan above – top of page is facing east – left is north – right is south. You have 1 oceanfront balcony off Master bedroom and 2, 1 off living room and also off 2nd bedroom.
This is our Oceanfront Master bedroom with private bath and private balcony. Room is nice and cozy and really – you almost never have to leave
This room has a king sized bed – will plenty of open space for walking thru.

Circling the room we have the large closet and also cheest of drawers – TV has cable.
I am showing this corner to illustrate one of the benefits of renting by owner – this is the guest’s corner, if you can see behind the chair – there is a collection of equipment and toys for the pool and beach. Everything you see there was left behind by another guest. You may find anything from boogie boards to sand toys to chairs, umbrellas, grills, coolers etc… no guarantee on what will be there when you arrive, BUT most guests appreciate having something available to use at the beach.
This is the jacuzzi tub in the private bathroom in your master bedroom.
This is the vanity across from the shower in your private bathroom. There is a 2 person walk in shower – the rest room is very large. Bath towels, hand towels and rags are provided as well as toiletries for your use. We try to operate on an honor system basis, if you use it – replace it.
Of course the best feature of this room is the private oceanfront balcony.

This is the dining – kitchen area. There is a full kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plates and bowls and etc…to make Thanksgiving dinner here, if you needed to. We also supply coffee maker, mixer, blender, toaster etc… dishwasher – garbage disposal – and all the kitchen comforts of home.
This is an open floorplan, so the other side of the room is the sofa and love seat. We have navy blue leather furniture (sleeper sofa) in this room….and there is another balcony off this room…facing the ocean.
This is the other “lock out condo” or the studio side – or the B side or the 2nd bedroom. We have 2 full beds here and there is a bathroom right around the corner.
Here is the other kitchen – efficiency with all of the same equipment as provided in the other kitchen, but this does not have an oven.
We have an oceanview balcony off this room and also TV with cable.
Side chair and table with reading lamp, small table with 2 chairs. Drawers for storage and also a closet.
We also have a DVD player and Play Station in this room for the kids….you may even find a game or two in one of the drawers. This is a perfect condo for a large family or 2 couples with kids traveling together. This condo will sleep 8 easily and there is a washer – dryer for your convenience.
