Ocean Walk Resort – 1 Bedroom Oceanfront
This is on the 9th floor in the south tower – oceanfront 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 – with king bed and sleeper sofa.
Oceanfront balconies with LOTS of blue sky to enjoy.
This is above the pool withe the slide and has a great view of the beach – this is looking north.
King bed will sleep 2
TV with cable in bedroom. Bedroom window looks out on hall.
Large full kitchen with refrigerator – oven – stove top – microwave and dishwasher.
Living room is very comfy with large comfy couch with sleeper sofa.
Oceanfront balcony is right off living room – sliver is visible far left above.
Flat screen TV was recently updated and has cable.
I don;t usually show bathroom pictures – cuz – well… it’s just a bathroom, but I want to stress the size of the bathroom compared to other units in same complex…. bathroom is small – conventional tub-shower arrangement. No frills in the bathroom – this is not a deluxe unit.. just so you know.. but it is oceanfront….

View of the lazy river from your balcony. Pools are crystal blue from here… really an enjoyable location. Room is 683 sq ft.

From time to time an owner will contact me when they have a condo available…
Usually the owner will use the condo themselves for most of the year and will just have a small amount of time to offer it for rent.
This is the case with this oceanfront 1 bedroom at Hawaiian Inn Resort.
This condo has 2 full beds – tiled floors in the bedroom.
2 full beds and bathroom is directly across from beds…
Full kitchen – you can see the front door in this photo, you will walk into bedroom, bathroom on right, beds on left and walk thru to living room.
full kitchen, island with bar stools, full sized sofa – that is also a pull out sofa.
Gorgeous view from the balcony… really – beautiful location at Hawaiian Inn – Rental is only available holidays and special events..

Great idea – great view and great fun – I got to watch a few of the skaters.
I saw a cute couple skating the day I was there
You can see the ocean in the distance
There were a few obviously starting to skate for the first time…
This little girl was starting to get it..
While the kids skate – parents can try a Peppermint Patty at Bubba Gumps..
( Hot Chocolate & Peppermint Schnapps..)
I bet Floridians are not used to hot chocolate and skating…
That is the only thing missing from the scene..

In last year’s post for the 4th floor oceanfront condo at Hawaiian Inn, you may remember this look::

When I took over managing this condo in January 2011, I inherited the decorating scheme. We made some early changes, doing some much needed cleaning and maintenence and stocked some of the basics that were lacking. This was going to be a work in progress, and we are still working, but we have much progress…
Rome was not built in a day and we would start a continous improvement program for this location until we had it perfect.
This is our before —
You may remember our pink flamingo unit… coffee not needed in this kitchen. We tried for a little less ” Carmen Miranda” and a little more ” Warm and Beachy”

Color is peachy and beachy… and we have replaced the iron chairs with newer,
more comfortable rattan chairs.
This is the old sofa -
2 leather sleeper sofas have replaced the old sectional.
Our old kitchen with pink – yellow and the old bar stools. We also had the fish plates & trays.
The new kitchen has the new color with new rattan bar stools…

We have added a bit more lighting by the washer…
New carpet in the living room area, we plan to replace the carpet in the living room in the fall-winter time period. If you have stayed here before – you will love the changes, if you have not been here – you will love it !!
