This location would be considered a 4-star resort. Compared to other locations in Daytona, you have excellent outdoor pools, patio, grill and tiki bar, indoor pool and hot-tub, exercise room, business center, conference center-banquet facilities.
Resort is located at 2700 N Atlantic Ave
Right across the street from Bell Aire Plaza.
As you can see above, the parking garage is the first 6 floors in the 14 story tower, so you will find plenty of free parking.

Lobby…..for check-ins and guest services.
Seems like many folks who travel together tend to sit and relax in lobby and thruout building.
There is free wi-fi thruout building and there ae no problems getting a signal in the tower.
I have heard of problems in the south area of the building, that may account for the guests I see
working on their laptops on the seating and in the lobby area.
Very large indoor patio area with 2 indoor hottubs.
Also indoor pool in same area -
As in name “Conference Center” this location has several rooms that are available for banquets, weddings, and other functions.
Workout - weight room
Sauna is past the hot-tubs and next to workout room.
This area makes a loop — you can walk thru indoor pool area to sauna - to workout facility.
Convenience store for those who want a quick snack.
Business Center available for travelers who are unable to escape work for a trip..
On-site restaurant …. unfortunately the restaurant has not been open consistently for the past few years, but has been open for breakfast-lunch since Aug 2009.
One other thing about the resort, there are laundry facilities on-site.
May not be glamorous, but is certainly convenient.
