This is the perfect condo for a couple’ getaway. If you are coming to the beach — you need a comfortable place to sleep - shower and grab a quick meal. This is the perfect condo for you !!

North wall - kitchen shelves - table - tv
East wall - exit to balcony - window overlooking beach - closet
West wall ::Efficiency kitchen with mini frig -microwave - 2 burner cook top - convection oven - electric griddle - coffee maker - toaster - cookware - dinnerware - glassware and silverware provided as well as kitchen linens.
Preparing your own meals can help keep your traveling expenses down.
What would I do with the savings? I would stay in the sunshine longer !!
I see myself sitting here with a cup of coffee — watching the sunrise and starting my day.
We added a few shelves here to keep the cooking equipment nearby and allow you ample counter space for preparing meals.
North Wall :: TV with cable, stereo provided.
South Wall :: Full King Sized bed - Entrance - Bathroom to far right
East wall :: Exit to balcony - Oceanfront Window and corner closet
There are 2 chairs and a table on balcony.
Comfortable King bed –
Dishes and linens provided. This includes bath towels - hand towels - wash rags - kitchen linen and bed linens. You will need to bring beach towels.
Everything you need cooking is provided.
Bathroom vanity — standard size bath with tub and shower.

Hi I am looking for a week by week rental starting March 1 or sooner if possible .I am willing to negotiatew the price but not over $175.00 a week at the most , if you can accomedate my request you can let me know by this saturday 2-27-2010 if not that is fine also thank you and have a nice day. I am a 57 year old retree ,very quiet an excellent renter .

Hi I emailed earlier about a rental for the first week of March. I found out I am going to need atleast 2 weeks in March maybe more. I am inquiring about 2 week rental possibly the entire month of March.

Not BikeWeek friendly parking here, must park in back lot no where near your room.
