Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort Timeshare Condos

Although we own several units at Ocean Walk Resort and assist friends with rentals – we also own about 52 weeks of Wyndham timeshare reservations. We also regularly work with other timeshare owners and can easily find just about any week you may be looking for once our units have been rented. All timeshare units have the same access to pools and all resort benefits that whole owner rooms do. Wyndham has 600 condos in 2 towers. 270 are Wyndham timeshare condos 30 are Worldmark timeshare condos.

Wyndham and Worldmark condos are exactly the same, although Worldmark does identify room location in the building a bit better than Wyndham does. There are several timeshare floorplans available. The following pictures are for a Wyndham 2 bedroom – 2 bath deluxe timeshare condo or Worldmark 2 bedroom- 2 bath standard condo.

This unit was recently updated, all timeshare uits are on a 5 year update schedule. New updates include woodlike flooring in bathrooms and a European flair with the furniture. Typically there are 4-5 different decorating styles. the furniture and placement are the same in each unit – carpet color – furniture color and wall color may vary.
