This studio is everyone’s favorite. Its my husband’s favorite – and after spending a week here – it has become a guest favorite. Sometimes, during a condo search a guest will contact me with their heart set on this condo – if its booked for their dates – sometimes I will get a call back with a rearranged vacation schedule in order to land here. The view is breathtaking and unique, as you feel like you are actually hovering above the panoramic oceanview.

 

2013 brought a few changes to this condo – I hope all future guests enjoy the updates. see below the view from balcony looking south, above is the view looking north. Striking sunrise views from this room.

 

Large 8 X 10 oceanfront balcony… there are 10 corner condos at this resort with this size balcony –

The balcony furniture here has changed – we now have the lower resort type furniture

King sized bed – new mattress, very comfy Serta Perfect Sleeper.

Double wall of windows, table for 2, Love Seat and Chair.

New loveseat this year,

Navy leather sleeper, we can accommodate 4, but prefer to accommodate 2.

dresser is tucked into our cubbie.

This is our new table and chairs – a bit of a tropical update.

New carpet, came in on same day as new table.

All this at the beautiful Daytona Beach Resort. We are oceanfront, with 2 great pools, a patio and 2 indoor pools.

This condo books up quick.
