Ocean Walk Resort Timeshares Condo – this is a 2/2 LockOut unit – May 2015

Oceanfront balcony  – very large seating area and perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

We are looking north up the beach

Looking south towards the Main Street Pier and Daytona Beach Board Walk.

There is 1 drawback – afternoon shadows on the patio – a 19 or 25 story building will cast quite a shadow as you can see here.

Usually you will have really good patio time until about 2PM….

The lock outs have an A and a B side – the A side is the side with the oceanfront balcony.

Here is the living room – these units are thoroughly updated every 5 years and I have seen this decorating package in all of the 2/2 LOs  for the past 5 years. The updates will replace like for like and you will probably have this color/furniture pattern combination.

B side kitchen area – is along 1 side wall of the living room. The door to the left is the bedroom and has a king sized bed.

Our back is to the kitchen area here – the window looks out on the  hallway – sleeper sofa and some units have a table with 4 chairs – looks like this unit only has 2 chairs.
