It is called by many different names –

Ocean Walk Resort has 600 condos, 300 of them are in a block of rooms that need to be booked by the “Timeshare” owners. If you stay at Ocean Walk – you will be asked if you want to go to the timeshare presentation – they will try to sell you one one the ownerships that allow you to book from this block.

I am a Wyndham Vacation Ownership – Owner – I book out of this block of rooms during the times of the year that are more popular.

The 3 Bedroom Condos that are available – are all oceanfront.

They all the the same floorplan.

The 3 bedrooms are all in the north tower –

The living room has a sleeper sofa –

Dining room area – table with 6 chairs.

This is an open area floor plan. kitchen – dining area – living room are in 1 large space

Dining room and kitchen area – there is a full kitchen with refrigerator – stove – oven – dishwasher.

All small appliances are here – toaster – blender – coffee maker…

Master bedroom has a king bed – with enough storage space available to be comfortable as home.

Master Bedroom has a master bath suite – jacuzzi tub with separate shower and bathroom area.

2nd bedroom has king bed – TV ( not all bedroom TVS have been upgraded to flat screens)

3 rd bedroom has 2 full beds.
