There is 1 special feature of the studios -- they have balconies, that means an oceanview and in this case, an oceanview from the 18th floor. This is a 1 bedroom at Ocean Walk. It is the B side of a lockout and would be one of the most inexpensive condos available at Ocean Walk. This condo is 600 sq ft, and is perfect for a couple or small family trying to find an inexpensive room. The "Lock Out" Concept means that a set of 2 doors is easily opened or closed and locked from it's respective side -- which creates 2 smaller condos.
