These condos are usually less than private owners condos and much less than the rates charged by the front desk. Ocean Walk 1 Bedroom Rental Although we have a 1 bedroom at Ocean Walk, the 1 bedroom is part of our 2 bedroom lockout. The 2 bedroom becomes a 1 bedroom oceanfront and a 1 bedroom suite with a cityview.
