Daytona Beach Resort and Cnferenece Center Condo #812 In the tower - the oceanfront units on floors 7-13 are either a corner or an interior. Meaning with only 4 units/ floor being oceanfront - 2 are the corner units with large balconies - 2 are oceanfront interior units.
